Cinch it loose with just the snap or cinch it tight with the extra swivel hook. Hand punched dot pattern with stitching, vinyl base, fully lined, interior pocket, snap with swivel hook closure, adjustable strap. The Beacon is 10" high x 10" wide x 4.5" deep with a 14"-25" strap drop.
