Cinch it loose with just the snap or cinch it tight with the extra swivel hook. Hand-cut bird pattern, vinyl base, fully lined, interior pocket, snap closure with swivel hook closure, adjustable strap. The Beacon is 10" high x 10" wide x 4.5" deep with a 14"–24" strap drop.
